Access tied to the right company
Each approved user can sign in only to the assigned company account. Customer accounts are separate from Axiom's staff accounts.
How uploaded documents are handled
Customer uploads stay with the signed-in company and receive a receipt. New files remain unavailable until they pass security review.
What customers can see
Customers see quote totals, timing, included services, possible extras and validity. Axiom's private business and payment records remain separate.
When a shipment is booked
A booking request is not a confirmed booking. The shipment remains pending until Axiom sends confirmation. Tender, dispatch, invoicing and payment are handled separately.
Freight decisions confirmed by Axiom
Axiom reviews the shipment details before sending a quote, selecting a carrier or confirming a booking.
